This hotel exceeded our expectations during our New Year's vacation. The pool area was perfect, and the variety of food options in the canteen was fantastic. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was great as it was within a short distance of the theme parks.

The only negative aspect was the size of the bathroom. It was quite small, and the ventilation system was a bit poor.

The hotel had excellent facilities for families with kids. the two pools were perfect for a Christmas break and the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and spacious, offering plenty of room for our whole family. we could choose to skip housekeeping and receive a voucher in exchange, which was a great idea.

It was very disappointing that the hotel did not offer USB chargers next to the bed, as this made charging our devices very inconvenient. the location was quite far from the action, which was inconvenient for those who want to explore the area.
